There is always a time in life when change becomes inevitable: the time for Africa’s long waited change is NOW. Right before Africa are two pathways of change; destruction and growth.
The first (destruction) has so far, taken a bold step – starting before the later, thereby brutally confronting our survival as a people. We have not just given it a fertile ground to expand, but we are embracing and romancing it like a lover. corruption, mass theft of public funds, child marriage, child labor, poor/no investment in education, nepotism and ethnocentrism are lethal weapons that have degenerated our very existence to nothing, but the search for daily bread.
The second pathway of change – growth, which is seriously begging for survival is where we must channel our resources to. Imagine Africa having constant power: clean drinking water: good hospitals: amazing schools: sweet roads and all the wonderful things you have always seen in your dreams.
If we must grow, our girls should we sent to schools, not a man’s house as slaves, in the name of marriage. If we must grow, our leaders must stop stealing/eating public funds. Massive investment in education; not cars, mansions and other things of luxury will increase Africa’s growth exponentially. All the beautiful things of life we spend our money buying are the product of quality education and creative thinking.
We must urgently, bring all our children to the class and save them from the mess of the street; it is time to save the future of our father/mother-land.
